All Are Welcome

So many churches say “All are welcome”. I was visited by two missionaries last night who told me I was invited to their church, but when I explained I was a bisexual trans woman I could see their demeanour change.

So many people say all are welcome—except you must fit their ideals. Many churches welcome people to change them. Not to accept them as they are.

Think carefully when you say All Are Welcome. Do you welcome me as I am? Do you welcome a foreigner? Do you welcome a Black person? Do you welcome someone not in your religion?
